Guide new students from their first visit to their first payment.
Fix 3.5 MLN + weekly KPI · up to 10 MLN+ (full-time) · Tashkent
About the role
- Greet every prospective student and parent who walks into the branch
- Run honest consultative conversations about the student's target university and current level
- Assess students with a placement test and recommend the right program
- Register leads for trial lessons and remind them so they actually attend
- Handle feedback after the trial and guide the student to their first payment
- Manage the full lead pipeline in AlfaCRM across all five stages
- Work from the main entrance of a Tashkent branch, full time or part time

Requirements
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Honest, warm, and genuinely interested in helping students reach their goals
- Understanding of the college admissions and SAT process, or willingness to learn it in depth
- Organized and reliable with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in AlfaCRM and keeping records accurate
- Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, working English is a plus
