Call Center Operator
Turn a phone number into a student who walks through our door.
Fix 3.5 mln + weekly KPI · up to 7 mln+ (full-time) · Tashkent
About the role
- Answer incoming calls to the Call Center from prospective students and parents
- Call back leads who left their number on social media forms
- Run real phone consultations on admissions, testing, and each student's long-term plan
- Give every lead a clear reason to visit the closest branch in person
- Book branch visits and complete the handoff to the Sales Administrator in AlfaCRM
- Log every first-time caller as a new lead with full context
- Work from the Call Center workspace, full time or part time

Requirements
- Strong phone communication and a warm, confident speaking voice
- Consultative approach that gives real value on every call, not just a sales pitch
- Understanding of the college admissions and SAT process, or willingness to learn it in depth
- Persistent and organized in following up on leads
- Comfortable working in AlfaCRM and keeping records accurate
- Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, working English is a plus
