About the role

• Own the SATashkent YouTube channel from strategy to published video
• Plan the content calendar around campaigns, SAT dates, and student stories
• Direct filming and manage a team of editors and videographers
• Review and approve every video before it goes live
• Write titles, descriptions, and thumbnails that drive views and clicks
• Track channel analytics and adjust the strategy based on what performs

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a YouTube channel or managing video content
• Strong sense of what makes a video watchable, from hook to thumbnail
• Ability to direct filming and manage editors to a consistent standard
• Comfortable reading YouTube analytics and acting on them
• Organized planner who can run a content calendar and hit deadlines
• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, working English is a plus
